YouthAware helps young people focus on their goals, maintain emotional balance in difficult situations, and develop healthy meaningful relationships.
Through reflection and collaborative activities, young people become aware of their actions, words, and thoughts in a constructive setting. This awareness benefits them in all areas of life, from academics to relationships with peers, adults and the community. The clear thinking process learned through meditation helps youth navigate life's challenges while successfully pursuing their aspirations!

In a 2023 study, researchers “observed strong positive relationships between math and reading performance and sustained attention ability, corroborating a significant body of previous work… sustained attention was positively related to broad tests of math and reading/ELA abilities.”
